How much would it cost to upgrade to all-inclusive?
The all inclusive option starts at $50 per day per person and can go up to $125 per day per person depending on the resort and dates selected. The all-inclusive option covers all meals, drinks, snacks, alcoholic beverages and non-motorized activities.
Can I add additional nights or additional people?
Yes, you can do both for an additional fee.
I mailed in my reservation request form. When will I be contacted with confirmation? How will I be contacted?
You will be contacted via email within 72 hours after receiving your reservation request stating we received your form. You will be contacted with confirmation via email 30-60 days prior to your first selected travel dates.
What is the least amount of time I have to send in my reservation form?
If you have a Las Vegas Plus Reservation Form it has to be in the reservations department possession at least 30 days prior to your first requested date. For any other destination is must be in the the reservation departments possession at least 60 days prior.
Travel within 30-60 days is possible for all inclusive and hotel upgrades.(Las Vegas hotel surcharge applies)
What if I don't want to take the trip? Can I give it away?
Vacation certificates are fully transferable provided you've not already received hotel confirmation.
I have a companion airfare voucher. How does it work? Is it a buy one get one free?
No it is not a buy one get one free. It is a discount for 2 coach round trip tickets.
What airlines work with the companion airfare voucher?
All major and discount carriers.
I want to get the best deal for my airfare. I would like to book my airfare far in advance. Should I book my airfare before receiving hotel confirmation?
We do not recommend booking flights until you have hotel confirmation.
When will I receive my deposit back after I have taken my trip?
Within 60 days after you have taken your trip.
How far in advance can I book my trip?
Does my trip have an expiration date?
That depends, please refer to the back of your certificate. Travel must be completed by the expiration date.
My certificate states it has expired, can I get an extension?

Can I exchange my trip for a different destination?
Some destinations are possible. Please call customer service department.
Can I change my dates?
As long as hotel has not been confirmed.
